No — all bookings are online only through Vagaro. This lets you choose your preferred time, complete your intake form, and receive automatic reminders without any back-and-forth. You can book anytime at vagaro.com/vitalitymassagestudio.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please call or email us at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us the opportunity to offer that time to another client and ensures our therapists are able to fill their schedule.

Cancelling on Vagaro
To cancel or reschedule through Vagaro, log in to your account, go to "My Appointments," select the appointment you wish to change, and choose either "Cancel" or "Reschedule." Vagaro will not allow you to cancel if you are within 24 hours of your appointment time, per our cancellation policy.

Cancelling Under 24 Hours in Advance
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to a 50% charge of the scheduled service.

Cancelling Without Notice
Appointments that are missed without notice (no call, no show) will be charged 100% of the service, as there is no time to fill the reserved appointment. We maintain a strict no-call, no-show policy. Clients who miss an appointment without notice may be required to prepay for future bookings or may be declined future appointments at our discretion.

We understand that unexpected things can come up, and we always appreciate as much notice as possible. This policy helps protect our therapists’ time and income while allowing us to continue providing a high level of care to all clients.

Our office is inside the building (not one of the exterior-facing suites). Please use the main entrance at the front of the building facing 13th Avenue — you’ll see a set of double doors at the front heated entrance and another set of double doors inside right after.

Once inside past the second set of doors, head down the hallway and you’ll find us at the end on the right in Suite 108.

We offer self-serve booking online through Vagaro 24/7.

We do not accept insurance or process insurance claims of any kind. Payment is required at the time of service — if you book through Vagaro, the card on file will be charged at your appointment.

If you plan to seek reimbursement through your insurance provider, we can provide a receipt or SOAP notes upon request. You would submit the claim directly to your insurance company on your own — we are not involved in that process.

At this time we only offer e-gift cards which can be purchased online at Vagaro.
